2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

  • Temporary Prompts & Images: Your prompts and generated images are processed in real-time. They are not stored permanently.
  • Usage Data: Anonymous usage analytics to improve performance and detect abuse.
  • Payment Information: When you pay via Creem, only necessary payment data is shared with Creem. We do not store sensitive payment details like card numbers or passwords.
  • Optional Account Info: Email address for account management and notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data only for:

  • Generating AI wall art based on your prompts.
  • Optimizing service performance and security.
  • Processing subscription payments and points via Creem.
  • Sending service-related notifications (account, payment, updates).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

  • Prompts and generated images are deleted immediately after processing, except for temporary previews.
  • Email and subscription data are stored until you delete your account.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Encrypted connections (SSL/TLS)
  • Secure access to servers and databases
  • Monitoring for abnormal activity

6. AI Technology & Image Generation

Wallnora uses the following AI technology to generate wall art:

  • Seedream 4.0 Text-to-Image Model: Developed by Bytedance, provided via Fal AI. Includes two resolution versions:
    • • Free Users: Seedream 4.0 - standard quality, 1K resolution
    • • Pro Users: Seedream 4.0 - high resolution, 4K resolution
  • Prompt Translation: For non-English prompts, we use OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini to translate to English for optimal AI generation results. Translated prompts are not stored.
  • Content Moderation: All generation requests are checked via Creem's Content Moderation API to block prohibited content (NSFW, violence, etc.).

These third-party AI services process data according to their respective privacy policies. Prompts are discarded immediately after generation and are not used to train Wallnora models or for any other purpose.

7. Children's Privacy

Wallnora.com is not for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Updates

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
