1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Wallnora.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Wallnora.com provides AI-generated wall art creation, room previews, and downloadable high-resolution images.

Plans include:

  • Free: 1 generation/day (resets daily), 1024px JPG with watermark, personal use only
  • Pro Base: $19/mo, 150 generations/month, no daily cap, 2048x2048 PNG without watermark, commercial license (up to 100 sales/month), 90-day file history
  • Pro High: $29/mo, 250 generations/month, no daily cap, 2048x2048 PNG + print-ready PDF, extended commercial license (up to 1,000 sales/month), bulk export, permanent file history
  • Point Packages: Extra generations, points never expire

Payments are processed via Creem.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the service legally and respectfully.
  • Not upload illegal, pornographic, violent, or infringing content.
  • Not interfere with platform operation, APIs, or servers.
  • Only use images you have the right to use.

4. Intellectual Property

Generated wall art can be used according to your plan:

  • Free & Pro Base: Personal use only
  • Pro High: Small-scale commercial use (Etsy, POD, market prints)

The Platform owns AI models, templates, UI, and proprietary content. Users may not copy or distribute these.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Subscriptions activate immediately upon payment.
  • Virtual services (images, generations) are non-refundable, except in case of platform errors.
  • Payment issues (duplicate, wrong, or failed) can be reported within 15 days.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Service is provided "as-is." No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free service.

Platform not liable for:

  • Network issues, force majeure, third-party failures
  • User mistakes, outdated software, or account misuse
  • Content from third-party sources

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use means acceptance.
